With a MashMaster DEI-105 Fridge Controller controller kit you can improve the quality of your beer by controlling your fermentation temperature.

The DEI-105 Fridge Controller can be used to control a fridge or freezer.

The DEI-105 Fridge Controller Kit requires an extension cord, wire connectors, and a box for mounting and a couple other parts. Please Download the instructions for full particulars and specifications.

The unit comes with a stainless steel probe which has a 1/2" NPT thread on the end. The probe is 200mm long, 8.5mm in diameter and comes with a 3 meter long cable. Just drill hole in your plastic fermenter, fit it with a standard airlock grommet and push the probe in for an airtight seal. No need for a thermowell this probe is made to last. Using the DEI-105 Controller the sensor is immersed in the wort to measure the fermentation temperature. Maintain better control over your fermentation temperature by controlling wort temperature instead of the of the air temp in your fridge which can easily vary 5 to 10 degrees.
