Title : Very Nice Controler
Detailed Review : This temp controler is very slick. It runs fantastic. I bought a small plastic box at Home Depot and installed it in 30 minutes. I can see the temperature of the fridge from way across the room without opening the fridge. That part I like. It is very accurate. I bought a extension cord that has a light on it to tell me how often the fridge is working. I use my old analog controler for keeping kegs cold and this one is for fermentation only. Title : Fridgemate is the way to brew GOOD beer
Detailed Review : I was unhappy with sweet beers and reading Mr Palmer etc. became convinced that a lower brew temp within a closely controlled +- 1 deg range was a possible / probable fix. The difference in my beer quality is stunning. Simple Kit & HALF Kilo brews done summer or winter in a big old fridge with a Fridgemate set to 18*C are good crisp beers and are exactly repeatable. The biology and chemistry of ale yeasts at different and or varying temperatures need more explanation than this recommendation. If you don''t need to know why this jigger helps you brew good beer, just do it :). I have no affiliation with Mashmaster, except he owes me a beer :) Nah, thanks for selling them. Since I put mine in, three of my neighbours have. Cheers, Geoff Clifton.

I just ordered the fridgemate MKII. Does it come with the NTC sensor or do I have to buy that separately? Regards Chris

The Fridgemate comes with a sensor

Hay there, I have wired up a Fridgemate today and have a slight prob, we can’t get minimum temp to go above 20 degrees in F2 function setting. Have tried every thing from operating mode/ heat and cool, th lot, any suggestions ? Cheers Mick

It is easy to confuse the set max and set min functions with the actual SET POINT. I suggest changing the functions set min and set max to as low and as high as they will go and forget about the function menu. You can then adjust the SET temp without entering the function menu.
