The BrewMate digital temperature controller automatically switches between heating and cooling mode to maintain a constant temperature. Brewmate can switch automatically two separate electronic devices, refrigeration and a heating element. You can plug in your fridge to cool your brew during the day, and a leave a heating pad plugged in to keep your brew warm during the night. Brewmate has a compressor delay protection to ensure a long life for your refrigeration unit and alarm that sounds when temperature exceeds temperature limit or if sensor error occurs.

I probe and sensor is included with the Kit, but to ensure greater fermentation control, and easy installation into your fermenter you can upgrade to a water proof stainless steel probe.
